luna superfood

Today I was craving some deviled eggs, so Luna got to eat her special superfood for lunch. I call it Luna Superfood because it's full of vitamins and nutrients that I imagine are shooting right up into her brain and helping it to grow. It's easy to make and she loves it!

Ages: 9 months and up
Ingredients:

1 large hard boiled egg yolk
1/2 ripe avocado
2 big spoonfuls sour cream or plain yogurt

Optional: spoonful of cooked quinoa

Blend ingredients together with a fork, mashing to desired consistency. Can be served on toast or with crackers, or just by itself.
